We are AJ and Kristy Petrillo, a husband and wife team of professional realtors that service the North Georgia Mountain area. We have proudly participated in some of the area’s highest recorded residential home sales and just as proudly have participated in some of the lowest. We may look young but don’t let our age be an indicator of experience. We have personally owned and managed over 15 full time rental homes, 7 vacation rental homes, some of which are multi million dollar luxury rentals, storage units, commercial retail and office space, large acreage land tracts and countless lots of land. We have renovated and flipped numerous homes, held onto homes for long term investments and bought and sold foreclosures and tax liens. We also have experience in the construction field having built extremely upscale custom homes, vacation cabins and small bungalow style cottages. Combined we have negotiated and written over 400 transaction sides of real estate contracts!

As college graduates and business professionals, we apply these skills to assist our customers in their real estate investment strategies. We work with the Buyer or Seller from the first steps of finding a home or land, to negotiating a contract, having a home inspected or property surveyed, to scheduling and participating in the closing. We pride ourselves in continuing the relationship with the client even after the sale is closed.

Most of our clients are from out of the area and out of state. With technology today, almost every aspect involved with buying property can be done over the fax machine and thru email. Closings can even be scheduled thru the mail.

The Petrillo Group works mostly with property located in the Blue Ridge Mountain area, but can work with prospective clients in all of Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee.
